ninavis.com provides information about NINAVIS Technologies and products currently being developed under the NA∧YA brand. Website materials are informational and may change as products are tested and refined.

No agronomic or professional guarantee

Illustrative or recorded soil values, maps, recommendations and product screens are not laboratory results, land surveys, agronomic prescriptions, pesticide directions or guarantees of sensor accuracy, yield, profit or product performance. Important decisions should be confirmed using validated methods, the complete product label and qualified local expertise.

Product availability

NA∧YA Soil Lite is in controlled field validation. Features, thresholds, hardware compatibility, protocols, recommendations and interfaces may change before public release. A field-test build may contain defects, lose data, require reinstalling or produce incomplete or incorrect readings.

Authorized field testing

Field-test software should be installed only from a package or store track authorized by NINAVIS and used under the test coordinator's instructions. Testers are responsible for safe equipment use, lawful access to fields, suitable device protection, backup of important exports and reporting unexpected behavior. Demo Sensor Mode generates simulated data that must not be represented as field evidence.

Sensor and location limitations

Each hardware channel, register, unit, scaling and calibration must be validated for the exact compatible sensor. Phone GNSS is approximate and is not suitable for property boundaries, legal location records or safety-critical navigation. Saved markers describe measured points only; they do not establish conditions in unsampled areas.

Agricultural advisor limitations

The offline knowledge base and optional online model provide general educational decision support. They do not contain all agricultural knowledge, inspect the field, prove a diagnosis, create a lawful pesticide label, replace professional judgment or guarantee an outcome. Online answers also depend on the configured third-party provider.

Field-test data

Testers control explicit CSV and support-bundle sharing. Shared records can contain coordinates, field names, crop context, questions and notes. Testers should avoid unrelated personal information and send bundles only to authorized recipients. See the Privacy Policy for more detail.

Intellectual property

NINAVIS, NA∧YA, visual designs, software concepts, graphics and website content may be protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Third-party names and services remain the property of their respective owners.

External services

The product may integrate third-party mapping, weather, sensor, connectivity or online-model services subject to their own terms, privacy practices, quotas and availability.
